At TechnoStylesX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of items such as perishable goods, personal care items, and custom-made products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
