All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Since we use dropshipping, products are shipped directly by our suppliers.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. For international orders, shipping can take between 10 and 30 business days.

Taxes and Additional Fees

• U.S. Sales: Sales tax applicable based on Florida state law is automatically added to your order.
• International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be applied by local authorities upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Duties and Import Taxes

Due to our dropshipping model, duties and import taxes are generally not prepaid. You may be required to pay these fees directly to the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
